Tracy Munday wasn’t just ‘our celebrant’. She was a huge integral part of our wedding day. On the 17th August 2024, she delivered what was for us, the perfect ceremony and we cannot thank her enough. From the weeks leading up to, the days before, the day itself and days AFTER our ceremony – she became the magical glue that held everything together and made everything fall into place. I was never sure on getting married as I didn’t like the traditional ceremony and vows, once I found out you could have a celebrant and Tracy was recommended to us it was a game changer. We had a completely personalised ceremony one like no one else had seen before and it was the most special time of our life. Can’t thank Tracy enough, she was so kind and supportive, she was like a family friend who made our day one we will never ever forget. X

We met Tracy at a wedding fair and had already booked a registrar to marry us.

After speaking to Tracy we knew straight away she was the right person to conduct the ceremony. We wanted our wedding to be more personal to us and Tracy made our ceremony just perfect. We had a couple of close family members reading poems, we had a ‘ tying the knot’ part that my youngest daughter took part in, Tracy encouraged and helped us to write our own vows and she told all of our guests the story about how we met and fell in love. All of our guests commented on what a lovely and unique service it was and it brought alot of tears and laughter. We feel so lucky to have met Tracy and she made such a positive impact on our special day.

Once we had decided to have a celebrant led wedding ceremony, we had no idea where to start! After chatting to Tracy in our favourite pub and finding out she was a celebrant we felt very lucky, as though our fairy godmother had appeared.

Tracy is incredibly thoughtful, kind and funny. From the very first meeting, to subsequent coffees discussing our story and all the communication in-between there was never anything that was too much. Tracy took the time to get to know us as a couple and perfectly captured us in the ceremony.

On our wedding day Tracy brought a calm that was very much appreciated. The quick visit to the bride and the walk through with the groom and best man calmed those pre ceremony nerves. The ceremony itself was a perfect reflection of us as a couple; including humour, thoughtful moments and personal details that tied everything together. Tracy made the effort to match out colour scheme and even had a beautiful broach that was a lovely nod to our story.

Tracy makes every moment special, preparing beautiful booklets for our vows and an incredible personalised box containing the ceremony script, our handfasting cord and vow booklets, as well as some confetti which surprised me, I was so thankful as I hadn’t saved any myself!

Our ceremony was the perfect start to the day, a brilliant reflection of us, everything we could have wanted and more.

Tracy is an incredible celebrant, a really lovely, thoughtful person and a calming influence on such a nerve racking day! She made us both feel completely at ease and made our wedding go without a problem. She even stood on a pontoon surrounded by a lake, where we wanted to hold our ceremony, even though she has a fear of water. It didn’t show, she was professional throughout.

Prior to the big day she spent such a long time in regular conversation with us ensuring we had exactly what we wanted, then checking and checking again to make certain that our big day went the way we wanted it to go.

Tracy was the celebrant for our wedding in August 2019 in Cumbria. We live in New Zealand and so the majority of the wedding administration was done via email. Tracy was a great communicator, giving excellent advice to help us craft a really moving and bespoke service for our wedding.

We arrived back in the UK just a few days before the wedding and so didn’t get to meet Tracy until the night before the wedding (or actually on the day for Gareth) but we spoke a number of times on the phone and when we met Tracy was so warm, calm and professional that she dispelled any last minute nerves we had.

Tracy’s delivery of the service was spot on. She hit exactly the right tone – acknowledging the importance of this commitment to each other, but with warmth and humour that made us feel at ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant. Thank you Tracy!
